Mode: Turn the key of Mode 1 to rotate 5-10-30-60 minutes, automatically start countdown, the screen is up to standstill, and the opposite screen is down to clear the timing
Manual Mode: Turn the adjustable Mode 2 key M/S, press the middle key ST/SP to start the countdown.
1. When the display shows 00:00, short press [SP/ST] to start the countdown;
2. During the counting process, short press [SP/ST] to standstill/start counting.
3. In the standstill state, long press [ST/SP] to reset.
Countdown setting:
1. Short press [M/S] to gradually adjust the countdown time, long press [M/S] to quickly adjust the countdown time, and short press [SP/ST] to start the countdown.
